    A reminder that clarity is always there—you just have to slow down enough to see it.

  • About Me – Law, Neuroscience & 100 Countries Later...

    I took the long way here.

    I started with law—studying systems, structures, and how people make decisions. Then came neuroscience—how the brain builds habits, why we burn out, and what real transformation looks like.

    And then? I left the textbooks behind and went looking for answers in the real world.

    🔹 Corporate life to yoga retreats. From boardrooms to breathwork.

    Somewhere along the way, I realized:
